Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to DrDrone

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
